On our trip to Florida, the kids and I enjoyed three fun-filled days in Gainesville. We went bowling with cousins, swam, watched Gator volleyball, and played at the park. It was awesome! It was so relaxing to spend time with family and hang out together for the weekend!
On Monday we traveled to Orlando. The kids and I flew in and out of Orlando for this visit, so we knew we would have to drive south eventually for the return trip. I decided to make our trip to Orlando a bit of an adventure, with an overnight stay at the Wyndham Reunion Resort with grandma and grandpop. This resort was located just outside of Disney World, and it was a huge property that consisted of a hotel and acres of two and three bedroom condos for rent, all nestled amongst multiple golf courses, pools, and other recreation facilities. We rented a condo for one night and enjoyed the facilities on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning before returning back to Dallas.
Below we are all walking from our condo to the main hotel for some exploring before the pool opened for the day.

This is the condo we stayed in. We booked a two-bedroom but we ended up in a three-bedroom thanks to the management of the property. We had almost 2,000 square feet and it was beautiful!

However, the crown jewel of this place was the water park on site. See the next post for photos of our fun adventures enjoying the water park!
