Guess where we are?
Jackson Hole! In this last week of summer before school begins, we are finally taking our family vacation. We escaped the oppressively heavy 100+ degree heat in Dallas and traded it for much more pleasurable mountain air and cooler temperatures.
On Sunday we took the kids on a four-mile hike around Jenny Lake and up to Hidden Falls. In between some whining and complaining ("how much farther do we have to walk?") they did rather well. It felt AMAZING to be outside enjoying the pleasant day.
