Happy Thanksgiving

Amelia made this turkey in school this week. On the paper she wrote a list of the many things she is thankful for. Of course I am biased since Amelia is my daughter, but I thought her words were very sweet and reveal many of the things we all should be grateful for during this holiday of thanksgiving. I typed her words (as she wrote them) below. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I am thankful for my family. They always take me to fun places. I am thankful for my friends. They always cheer me up when I am sad. I am thankful for my pet. I can talk to her when I have a problem. I am thankful for my teacher. We do fun progets at school together. I am thankful for the earth. The earth is my home. I am thankful for everybody. I can make new friends with them. I am thankful for God. He is my crator.
